Housing Officer

BDS Recruitment are looking for a-Housing Officer covering the Hounslow area. This is a hybrid role with travel to the office in Hammersmith and potential for 1 day working from home.

This is a full-time role on a temporary ongoing basis in the first instance.

Pay rate from -23.07 PAYE,- -30.50 Umbrella

The main role is to take-ownership of the schemes under your management, you ensure that the basics, including repairs, cleaning, and grounds maintenance, are executed with excellence. You will enhance this be really understanding your residents and delivering on their needs.

• Be a service charge expert, effectively setting and managing budgets and communicating with residents.
• Dealing with tenancies & anti-social behaviours.
• Develop a thorough local knowledge of residents and community issues and contribute to feeding this into appropriate meetings/agencies.
• Undertake estate inspections to ensure-places are maintained to a high standard ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Previous experience of housing is essential
