You''ll work closely with residents, internal teams, and external partners to improve satisfaction, tackle anti-social behaviour, and support sustainable tenancies.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver visible, responsive estate and tenancy management servicesInvestigate and resolve anti-social behaviour casesConduct tenancy, property, and estate inspectionsEnforce tenancy and lease agreements, including legal proceedingsCollaborate with internal teams and external agencies to support vulnerable residentsRespond to enquiries from councillors, MPs, and resident groupsPromote community engagement and environmental improvementsWhat We''re Looking ForStrong knowledge of housing and ASB legislationProven experience in social housing or a similar ..... full job details .....
