They will foster better relationships with tenants, ensuring that tenancy agreements are upheld by both parties and provide an important first point of contact for tenants who require support. Patch sizes will be around 650. Specific Accountabilities of the Role Responsibility for the ''key to key'' processes: from initial viewings to the collection and terminations of tenancies (including garages) to maximise income from rent and service charges.Work as part of a team of Housing Officers, supporting colleagues as necessary to achieve individual and shared objectives.
