The Housing Officer is responsible for delivering high-quality, customer-focused housing management services to Council tenants and leaseholders. This role involves identifying and implementing improvements to estates, managing anti-social behaviour, and ensuring compliance with tenancy and lease agreements.The officer will work closely with various teams, external agencies, and residents to enhance service delivery and resident satisfaction. Essential skills include effective communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage a varied workload. Experience in social housing customer service and proficiency in Microsoft Office and housing databases are required.
