Housing Needs Team Manager needed in North London Paying £205.63 per day ref OR106334Full time hours on a temporary basisKey ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a Housing Needs team, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality case management.Oversee homelessness prevention, relief and assessment activity in line with current housing legislation and best practice.Monitor team performance, ensuring targets, service standards and statutory responsibilities are met.Manage complex housing cases, complaints and escalations.Work collaboratively with external partners, landlords, support providers and voluntary organisations to achieve positive outcomes for customers.Support the delivery of services relating to the Renters Rights Act and associated enforcement responsibilities.Develop team capability through coaching, supervision and performance management.Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of housing services.If you are interested in the role, please email your CV to quoting the reference number.
