Your new role The Council requires an experienced hybrid project manager/lead business analyst with a proven track record of implementing a new housing needs system (or very similar) with the skills and experience to help deliver this important project from start to finish. This will be a part-time role 3 days a week for 6 months. The split between project management and business analyst support is expected to be 50/50 but may vary during the life of the project. The Council''s busy housing needs team provides key services to a large number of residents in Oxford to help improve service delivery. The Council has procured a new Cloud-Based Housing Needs System to provide core statutory services owed to residents under part 6 and 7 of the Housing Act and the Homeless Reduction Act including: On-line housing applications, choice-based lettings and the allocation of social housing Homelessness prevention, housing options and homelessness case management This project will include moving these functions from the existing system to the new system and service re-design, while ensuring a continuity of servic...
