A key focus of the role is to support individuals in addressing the barriers that may otherwise prevent them from accessing such accommodation. The post holder will also ensure that individuals accessing accommodation are signposted to other relevant services that may enable them to sustain their tenancies. The post holder will be a strong communicator who can engage with partner agencies and other SIFA services to ensure those accessing the space receive the correct assistance. The Navigator reports to the Service Lead and plays an essential role in the operational delivery of SIFA Fireside''s vision. Key tasks (selection of): 1.
