A key focus of the role is to identify and address the barriers that may otherwise prevent an individual from accessing such accommodation. The post holder will also ensure that individuals accessing accommodation are signposted to other relevant services that may enable them to sustain their tenancies. The post holder will be a strong leader and communicator who can engage with partner agencies and other SIFA services to ensure those accessing the space receive the correct assistance.
