Housing Mobile Cleaner

We are looking for a Mobile Housing Cleaner based in the New Forest area to start ASAP. The main focus of the role is to clean communal areas of council owned buildings / housing from walk up blocks of flats to sheltered accommodation communal areas. Duties to include:Carry out regular cleaning activities at extra care housing sites, hostels, communal housing buildings, Void housing properties and any other building requested by the Supervisor. Minor external cleaning of the building including areas such as bin stores, pathways, and steps.Complete periodic cleaning at any site which may involve working at reasonable height, use of ladder to reach ceilings and light fittings. Remove graffiti or carry out special cleans as requested.Inspect all facilities during each visit for damage, vandalism or repairs and report these in accordance with policy and procedures.Provide high level of customer care to the users of the facilities.Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience:Previous experience of cleaning to a high standardAbility to use cleaning equipment correctly including use of chemicalsHigh level customer service skillsKnowledge of HandSClean driving licenseThis role is to start asap and working hours will be Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00- Please apply today!
