These positions are crucial in assisting households to transition smoothly into suitable accommodation, ensuring an effective and positive customer journey from start to finish. Day-to-day of the role: Coordinate and support the housing allocation and tenancy onboarding process. Match households with suitable properties based on their needs. Conduct assessments of property suitability. Manage tenancy sign-up appointments and explain tenancy agreements, rights, and responsibilities to new tenants. Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient process completion. Manage cases through to completion while maintaining accurate records.
