Housing Manager

HOURS: This is a Full time role (Mon-Fri)

This is a varied, customer-focused role requiring an experienced housing professional who can manage a broad range of tenancy and neighbourhood management responsibilities across a regional patch.

Key Responsibilities of the Housing Manger

• Managing and investigating Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) cases
• Conducting estate inspections and neighbourhood checks
• Ensuring fire risk assessment actions are completed and monitored
• Signing up new residents into their homes, supported by the Allocations Team
• Carrying out rent-related visits where required
• Managing customer complaints and resolving issues effectively
• Working closely with the Customer Engagement Team to improve resident satisfaction
• Delivering a high-quality housing management service across the patch

Must have previous experience within a Housing Manager or generic housing management role and a strong knowledge of tenancy and neighbourhood management. -Experience handling ASB, complaints and estate management issues and excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.

You will need the ability to work independently and manage a busy workload and to follow processes and maintain accurate records

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively are required.

Full flexibility to travel across the operational area.
