To take full operational ownership of void properties from the point of technical specification through to practical completion and handover, ensuring that:- Works are instructed to the principal contractor accurately and without delay - Delivery is compliant with all health and safety and statutory requirements - Works are completed on time, to the required quality, and within agreed cost parameters - The completed void meets the defined lettable standard and is fit for purpose - All stakeholders are kept informed through clear, structured communication - Performance against void turnaround targets (minor and major voids) is achieved This role is accountable for delivery, control, assurance, and outcome.For more information, please contact Simone at Social Care Locums. ..... full job details .....
