Housing Manager Cambridge (CB24 9ZR) Permanent Full-Time 35 hours per week Hybrid Working Arrangements the majority of the working week will be office-based with the housing team in Histon, particularly in the first six months (probation period). Thereafter it may be possible to apply for a higher proportion of hybrid working, with the needs of the team and service delivery being the prime consideration. About the role: You will: Play a key role in shaping an exceptional housing management service by working alongside the Senior Housing Manager to deliver a truly customer-focused experience Line manage a team of Housing Officers, leading and coaching them to deliver a responsive and proactive service. Work closely alongside your Housing Manager counterpart to promote a culture of continuous improvement. Take ownership of core performance areas including lettings, tenancy management, communal space standards, rental income and service charge delivery ensuring a consistently high standard across all functions.
