Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate teams to deliver excellent housing services. Oversee tenancy management, antisocial behaviour, arrears and complex cases. Ensure properties and estates meet health, safety and compliance standards. Drive resident engagement, tenancy sustainment and service improvements. Manage performance, complaints and statutory requirements. What We''re Looking For Proven experience in housing management and team leadership. Strong knowledge of housing legislation, tenancy management and compliance. Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
