This is a key leadership role, responsible for delivering high-quality, customer-focused housing management services across a diverse social housing portfolio. The Role As Housing Services Manager, you will lead a team delivering frontline housing services, ensuring residents receive a responsive, compliant, and supportive service. You will play a pivotal role in driving performance, managing risk, and embedding a strong customer-first culture, while working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a housing management team covering tenancy management, estate services, ASB, and customer engagement Ensure services are delivered in line with legislation, regulatory standards, and internal policies Drive performance against KPIs, service standards, and resident satisfaction measures Manage complex cases including ASB, safeguarding, vulnerability, and tenancy enforcement Oversee voids, lettings, and estate management performance in collaboration with internal teams Act as a senior point of contact for escalated complaints and member / councillor enquiries Contribute to service improvement initiatives, policy development, and transformation projects Build strong relationships with local authorities, support agencies, and community partners About You You will ..... full job details .....
