Housing Manager

Your new company An established Housing Association in the West of Scotland is looking to appoint an experienced Housing Manager to lead the operational delivery of high-quality housing management services.This is a key leadership position, working closely with the Director-level team to ensure services remain customer-focused, compliant and responsive to the needs of tenants and communities. The successful candidate will also lead the organisation''s approach to tenant participation and engagement, ensuring tenants help influence service delivery.Your new role Lead the operational delivery of the organisation''s housing management service.Provide effective line management, support and development to the Housing Management Team.Ensure services comply with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and the Scottish Social Housing Charter.Lead the delivery of the tenant participation and engagement strategy.Promote a culture of excellent customer service shaped by tenant feedback and consultation.Support organisational change and help the wider team embrace new ways of working.Monitor and report on budgets, KPIs, performance, social value and operational risks.Work collaboratively with community organisations, regulators, auditors and other external partners.Build effective stakeholder relationships, including those connected to nominations, leases and management agreements.Contribute to the Operational Management Team and provide reports to the Board and relevant ..... full job details .....
