Salary - -35,000 - -40,000 THIS IS A 6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT The successful candidate will play a key role in improving performance, reducing the number of empty homes, strengthening tenancy management, and supporting the development of sustainable communities for new tenants. The post holder will work closely with the outsourced housing management provider, local authority colleagues, technical teams, and partner organisations to ensure high-quality housing services are delivered to residents.
