You ll take the lead in managing safe, high-quality accommodation for young people at risk of homelessness driving standards across repairs, voids, rent collection, and compliance while working closely with landlords, contractors, and support teams to keep services running smoothly. We re looking for someone with housing or supported accommodation experience who brings strong tenancy management knowledge, confidence with welfare benefits, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach. You ll work directly with young people with complex needs, using a strengths-based, psychologically informed approach to help them sustain tenancies, reduce arrears, and build independence.
