The successful candidate will be expected to deliver an excellent first response housing management service, delivering service standards of a high quality to tenants, applicants'' partners and stakeholders.Based in East London and reporting into the Housing Manager, the successful candidate will work flexible hours on a hybrid basis (Monday is a key "on site" day as welfare calls are conducted) and cover just 328 properties within the borough. This role will take the lead responsibility for day-to-day housing management and intensive management of both sheltered and general needs tenants.
