This role is responsible for ensuring the safety, condition, and quality of council-owned housing stock through inspections, defect diagnosis, repair management, and contractor supervision. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering cost-effective repairs and improvements across occupied and void properties. Key Responsibilities Carry out inspections and surveys of council-owned residential properties. Diagnose building defects and specify effective remedial works. Manage repair and maintenance projects from inspection through to completion. Undertake surveys and prepare work specifications for void properties.
