The position is mainly office-based, but on occasion there will be a need to visit properties. Support and assist the Property & Facilities Manager with the delivery of repairs and maintenance of the residential portfolio and ensure that repairs are completed on time and to a high standard. Monitor and supervise contractors undertaking repairs and maintenance and ensure the safety, certification, quality and completion of all works before final invoices are paid and in line with agreed costs and our approved budgets. Provide advice, guidance and permission in line with relevant policies and procedures such as alterations or rechargeable repairs to ensure that a consistent service is provided.
