The successful candidate will support the Property & Facilities Manager with the delivery of repairs and maintenance across approximately 60 residential properties used for temporary accommodation, affordable accommodation and resettlement accommodation. Key Responsibilities Support the Property & Facilities Manager with the delivery of repairs and maintenance, ensuring works are completed on time and to a high standard. Monitor and supervise contractors undertaking repairs and maintenance, ensuring works meet required safety, certification and quality standards. Check completed works before invoices are approved, ensuring costs are in line with agreed budgets.
