As a Housing Maintenance and Voids Surveyor, you''ll be an integral part of the Property Repair Service team, delivering effective day to day maintenance, repair and improvement services to our tenants. You''ll be working collaboratively with tenants, contractors, legal representatives and colleagues to deliver high quality outcomes. This is a varied role where you''ll be undertaking a range of duties such as - Inspection of occupied and void propertiesInspection of properties for mutual exchanges and incentive movesInvestigation of complaints, disrepair claims and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) casesDamp, mould and condensation investigations in line with Awaab''s Law requirements and emerging housing legislationDiagnosing building defects and undertaking building pathology investigationsProducing detailed schedules and specifications of works ..... full job details .....
