This firm is seeking a Housing Litigation Solicitor with 4+ Years of relevant PQE.

The Role:

Due to an increase in workflow, this firm seeks a Housing Litigation Solicitor with 4+ PQE to join their growing Notting Hill outfit.

The Housing Litigation department deals with an excellent quality of work, including but not limited to Neighbour and boundary disputes, party wall disputes, building disputes, co-ownership disputes, restrictive covenants, dilapidations, restrictive covenants, adverse possession and the 1954 Act.

You will deal with a manageable caseload, and will also be asked to assist on complex and large matters alongside the senior management. The team is always provided with an experienced and support network.
