Housing (Homelessness) Transformation Programme Manager

My Local Authority client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Housing (Homelessness) Transformation Programme Manager on a Contract basis.The role will lead on the delivery of a business-critical transformation programme for the Council''s delivery of homelessness prevention.About the role: Based in Devon (Hybrid - 3 days on site):Recruit and stabilise the permanent workforce.Reduce temporary accommodation costs and reliance.Strengthen homelessness prevention and demand management.Develop robust housing performance and financial intelligence.Create a sustainable 1-2 year Housing Transformation and Delivery Plan linked to the Council''s wider transformation programme and building on the restructure currently underway.About you: You will have the following experiences:Significant experience leading complex, large-scale programmes for Housing / Homelessness.Proven track record of managing complex service transformation and improvement programmes.Ability to engage with and navigate senior stakeholders, including Elected Members.Local Authority experience is essential.What''s on offer:Salary: £500-£600 per day, inside IR35 (PAYE option also available)Hybrid WorkingContract type: ContractHours: 09:00 -17:00 Monday to FridayHow to apply Once your CV is received, if you are successful you will be contacted.Due to the extremely high number of applications, it may not be possible to contact every applicant.
