As a Housing First Worker, you''ll: - Build trusting relationships and provide flexible, one-to-one support. - Work in partnership with local agencies to help people stay housed, improve their wellbeing and feel part of the community. - Respond to changing priorities and manage situations as they arise, making sure services reach those who need them most. What our client is looking for You''ll bring experience of supporting people affected by homelessness or other complex challenges, plus the empathy, resilience and practical skills to make a lasting impact. You''ll know how to build rapport, plan support, and work collaboratively with housing and health services.
