Role Description The Housing First Support Worker is a full-time, on-site role based in London. The role involves providing direct, practical support to individuals who have experienced homelessness, helping them to sustain tenancies in line with Housing First principles. Day-to-day tasks include conducting regular home visits, developing personalized support plans, and working collaboratively with partner agencies to address health, substance use, and welfare needs. The Housing First Support Worker will advocate for clients, assist with appointments and benefits, and help service users build skills that support independence and community integration. Record-keeping, risk assessment, and safeguarding responsibilities are also key parts of the role. Qualifications Experience in support work or similar roles, with a strong understanding of Housing First or homelessness services.
