This is a hands-on role for an experienced enforcement professional who can hit the ground running with minimal training or supervision . ### The Role You will be responsible for carrying out housing inspections and taking appropriate enforcement action within the private rented sector. Duties will include HHSRS assessments, investigating housing conditions and hazards, preparing and serving notices, and progressing formal enforcement cases.
