The firm represents consumers in a range of matters, including housing disrepair claims against councils and housing associations, as well as financial claims against lenders, such as secret commission claims, PPI and rejected PPI, and claims under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act.About the RoleYou will manage a caseload of housing disrepair matters from inception to resolution, advising tenants on their legal rights and pursuing claims against local authorities and housing associations.
