This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a strong background in housing disrepair claims to manage a varied caseload while contributing to the continued success and growth of the department. The Role You will be responsible for: Manage a caseload of housing disrepair claims from instruction to conclusion. Advise clients on housing conditions, landlord obligations, and available remedies. Draft legal documents including letters of claim, witness statements, schedules of works, and court pleadings. Conduct negotiations with landlords, local authorities, housing associations, and their representatives. Instruct and liaise with surveyors, experts, and counsel.
