The Role You''ll manage your own caseload of Housing Disrepair matters from instruction through to resolution, working alongside an experienced and supportive team in a fast-paced litigation environment. Key Responsibilities Running a varied caseload of Housing Disrepair claims from inception to settlement Managing both pre-litigated and litigated matters in line with relevant protocols and procedures Preparing and drafting legal documents, including Letters of Claim, pleadings, and court applications Reviewing tenancy documentation, housing records, and supporting evidence to assess claims Analysing expert reports and surveyor evidence Negotiating settlements and securing the best outcomes for clients Issuing and progressing court proceedings where required Liaising with clients, Counsel, experts, landlords, and other key parties Keeping case files and records updated using the firm''s case management system Ensuring matters progress efficiently whilst adhering to court ..... full job details .....
