This is an excellent opportunity for someone confident managing a high-volume caseload and keen to progress claims efficiently from instruction through to settlement. The Role You''ll be responsible for a varied caseload of Housing Disrepair matters, including: Managing a high-volume caseload and working at pace to meet competing deadlines. Applying strong knowledge of the CPR, Housing Conditions Pre-Action Protocol, and relevant housing legislation. Reviewing cases for issues, issuing proceedings, assessing Defences and drafting Replies. Preparing cases for allocation, directions, PTRs and trial.
