Title: Housing Disrepair Solicitor Location: Manchester (Hybrid)An established and growing law firm is looking for an experienced Housing Disrepair Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEX) to join its expanding team. The RoleYou will take ownership of your own caseload, managing housing disrepair claims from initial instruction through to settlement or trial. Your day-to-day will involve advising tenants, drafting pleadings and witness statements, instructing experts, negotiating with defendants and progressing cases efficiently through the litigation process.As you grow in the role, you may also support and advise a small team, contributing to the wider success of the firm. About You You''re a solicitor or legal executive (CILEX) with 2+ PQE.
