•The appointed housing disrepair lawyer will handle caseload of claims from initiation to completion, ensuring a timely and efficient process.

•You will advise clients, keeping them informed throughout the process, liaising with landlords, housing associations, and local authorities to negotiate settlements or pursue litigation when necessary.

•The firm is seeking an experienced lawyer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, proficient in managing cases while ensuring full compliance with statutory legislation and relevant case law

•You will demonstrate strong communication skills while consistently meeting tight deadlines
