Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of housing development and construction projects. Manage consultants, contractors and other delivery partners, monitoring performance against programme, budget and quality. Undertake and update financial appraisals, financial modelling, budgets and cash flow forecasts. Manage procurement, commissioning and contract performance, ensuring value for money. Oversee planning, building control, health & safety and other statutory requirements. Lead site and project review meetings and monitor delivery KPIs. Manage scheme handover and the Defects Liability Period (DLP). Work closely with residents, councillors, leaseholders and internal and external stakeholders.
