Housing Customer Service Advisor

BDS are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to work with a well-known Housing Association in the Manchester area.

Main duties will include but are not limited too;

• Taking rent payments from tenants
• Answering general housing queries via telephone, webchat and face to face
• Raising repair requests
• Occasional work on reception greeting customers

The ideal candidate will have;

• Strong IT skills
• Experience of using Housing IT Systems
• Experience ideally working within Housing and/ or Local Authority
• Great attention to detail
• High levels of customer services

This is initially an office based role with an option to move to a hybrid set up after your initial 6 weeks training (2 days per week in the office)

Hours- 35 per week Monday- Friday (Working time between 8am- 6pm on a rota basis)

Pay rate- Starting at -16.42ph PAYE/ -21.22ph UMB rising to -17.04ph PAYE/ -22.03ph UMB after completing 6 weeks training
