We''re looking for a proactive and organised Housing Conditions Paralegal to play a key role in supporting the management of housing condition disputes and litigation arising from our responsibilities as a landlord. Working closely with our Solicitor for Disrepair and Enforcement, you''ll coordinate the progression of housing condition claims from the point of receiving a Letter of Claim through to resolution. Our Solicitor will provide you with direction and where appropriate, supervision. This is a varied and rewarding role, offering exposure to claims under the Pre-Action Protocol for Housing Conditions cClaims, Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act cases, Awaab''s Law related challenges, mediation, settlement negotiations and court proceedings.
