Housing Concierge or Support Worker

Apricus Resourcing are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and adaptable Housing Concierge or Support Worker for a leading Social Supported Housing Service for a minimum of 3 months but ideally for longer, based in Ex4 Post Code Area of Exeter in Devon, who is really passionate about providing a personal managing service. This role is working full time with standard hours 37.5 hours per week Monday Friday 9am-5pm. Housing Concierge Worker: Based in EX4 post code area of Exeter, Currently have 7-8 x 12 hour shifts available days over a two week rolling rota - Shift times are 07:00 - 19:30 with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break. This is a new approach to housing the most hard to reach vulnerable people from a street attached background, this includes supporting customers with alcohol dependence and addiction, substance misuse both prescription, legal and illegal substances and often complex mental ill health that is linked to past trauma, trauma of surviving on the streets. As part of the team at ETAAS we all clean and take ownership of how our project looks and feels that is all members of the team service manager included. This can be the most challenging but rewarding role and is an excellent entry level position all our recent permanent positions have generally been from this starting point In return for your commitment, we are able to offer a very competitive rate of pay of £13.10 per hour.
