Housing Compliance Officer

Salary: 35,000 per annum plus benefits Location: Leatherhead, Surrey Working pattern: Permanent, full time (37 hours per week) Department: Asset Management and Development About the role Transform Housing and Support provides housing and support for socially excluded and vulnerable people across Surrey, parts of Berkshire, West Sussex and the London Borough of Sutton. We believe everyone should be able to live an independent and fulfilling life. As our Housing Compliance Officer, you''ll own landlord compliance across our housing portfolio. You''ll run the health and safety programmes that make sure every property meets the standards that keep residents safe in their homes. You''ll join our Asset Management Team of 20 people, who provide services to our Housing Support colleagues and the people we house. What you''ll be doing Delivering all servicing and cyclical maintenance across the portfolio, using in-house teams and external contractorsManaging HHSRS works through our IT systems, in line with HHSRS and Awaab''s LawArranging and monitoring gas servicing, EICRs and other compliance appointments with external contractorsManaging service chargeable works through cyclical maintenance programmesMaking sure all remedial works from inspections and surveys are instructed, completed and recorded with the right evidence What you''ll bring Experience delivering servicing and compliance programmes with cyclical maintenance contracts in a housing association or local ..... full job details .....
