Eden Brown are seeking a highly efficient Complaints Officer working for a well known local Housing provider in ManchesterThe role is temporary for approximately 3 months covering sickness Duties will involve:- To manage complaints with empathy and professionalism. It requires strong organisational and communication skills, with responsibilities including managing complaints, ensuring compliance, and composing resolution letters.
