Housing Complaints Investigator (Stage 1)Rate: £14.34 PAYELocation: Fully Remote (UK-based)Job Type: Temporary (3 months, subject to change)Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pmStart Date: 20th July 2026We are seeking a Housing Complaints Investigator to join a busy housing repairs team. This role is fully remote, following an initial 2-day onsite training in Ealing, London, with all travel expenses covered. You will be pivotal in handling Stage 1 complaints, ensuring they are resolved timely and maintaining high standards of customer service.Day-to-day of the role:Manage and respond to Stage 1 housing repairs complaints.Investigate issues thoroughly, liaising with internal teams to gather necessary information.Draft clear, professional, and empathetic written responses to complaints.Ensure all complaints are resolved within agreed timescales and service standards.Maintain accurate records and update internal systems regularly.Deliver a customer-focused approach in all communications, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience handling complaints in housing, local authority, or financial services sectors.Strong written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively and meet deadlines.Familiarity with complaint-handling processes and frameworks within a regulated environment.A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.If you''re an ..... full job details .....
