The role will ensure you deliver a high quality complaints service to  the clients customers. Our client is seeking candidates with extensive complaints handling experience, particularly (but not exclusively) in relation to housing, repairs, homelessness and public realm complaints. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Responsible for undertaking corporate and where required statutory complaint investigations in accordance with relevant policies and legislation. Work with a great team in the Democratic and Corporate Governance department covering those complaints which have been escalated to stage 2 of the Council’s complaint process and require investigating and drafting on behalf of the Corporate Directors.
