Duties: Work collaboratively with Tenancy Services Officers to deliver responsive and effective anti-social behaviour and community safety service to manage residents'' expectations Manage anti-social behaviour caseload of issues Gather and review intelligence and evidence, including CCTV to identify anti-social behaviour and or criminal activity Carry out visits to residents'' homes, undertaking door knocking excises, surveys, and community events offering advice and assistance in relation to community safety and where necessary, escalate enforcement action Escalate cases Compose statements and prepare documentation that can be used in formal and legal action Provide to victims of anti-social behaviour ...
