Housing Co-ordinator

Right now, we are looking for a Part Time Housing Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our Housing Service across multiple locations including Ealing, Brent, Croydon, Hackney/Tower Hamlets, Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth. Sounds great, what will I be doing? As a Housing Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that Hestia''s refuge accommodation is safe, secure, welcoming, and well maintained for the people we support. Working closely with Housing Managers, Housing Officers, and Domestic Abuse refuge teams, you will oversee the day-to-day housing management of several properties, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and Hestia''s Psychologically Informed Physical Environment (PIPE) standards. You will coordinate repairs and maintenance, liaise with contractors, monitor building-related contracts, oversee utilities, and ensure communal and outdoor spaces remain clean, safe, and welcoming. The role also involves managing void properties by coordinating cleaning, repairs, furniture replacement, and preparing rooms for new residents to ensure accommodation can be allocated quickly and efficiently.
