This is an excellent opportunity for a homelessness professional who can hit the ground running, take ownership of an existing caseload, and deliver a high-quality service to customers facing housing difficulties. This is a hybrid role, with candidates required to attend the office in Coalville at least twice per week on a rota basis. Key Responsibilities Manage an existing homelessness caseload from day one. Prevent homelessness by providing comprehensive housing advice and exploring all available housing options. Carry out homelessness assessments and investigations in line with current legislation. Make legally robust decisions and discharge homelessness duties in accordance with the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017.
