This role is for an experienced Council Tax/Business Rates or housing/property administration professional with strong local authority knowledge, excel/data reconciliation skills and ability to manage high-volume caseloads. The successful candidate will be responsible for Council Tax and Business Rates case management, local authority liaison, portfolio/data reconciliation, exemptions and reliefs, account/query resolution, management reporting, KPIs and workflow/process improvement. You will act as the primary contact between the client, local authorities, neighbourhood teams and finance teams.
