This role is part time for 21.5 hours per week. As a Housing Assistant, you will assist with the delivery of the Customer Liaison Service, by providing administrative support and resident query management across the function to achieve positive outcomes for Guinness and our residents. This is the first step on our career pathway for housing professionals. Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to data input, customer data information management, raising repairs, system updates, raising purchase orders and answering routine resident enquiries and making routine outbound calls to residents.
