About the Role
Pertemps Edinburgh Contracts seeks a Housing Assistant for a full-time, temporary role based in Niddrie, paying £14.51 per hour. Working Monday to Friday, 36 hours weekly, you will deliver administrative and customer support to residents in temporary accommodation. Duties include handling enquiries, maintaining precise records, processing referrals, and coordinating with housing officers and partner agencies. This position suits someone with prior administrative experience and strong communication skills, offering valuable exposure to public sector work while supporting vulnerable families. The Role

What We're Looking For
- Previous administration or customer service experience.
