About the role Reporting into the Extra Care Scheme Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a safe, welcoming and high-quality living environment for our residents. Acting as a first point of contact, you will provide advice and support on tenancy management, repairs and rent enquiries, ensuring residents receive excellent customer service and are connected with the right specialist teams when needed.
