Housing Asset Data Manager

Your new company A London Local Authority is seeking an experienced Housing Asset Data Manager to join its Asset Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the way housing asset information is collected, managed and utilised to support strategic investment decisions across a substantial residential portfolio.Working closely with the Housing Asset Surveyor and wider Property Services team, you will help ensure that accurate, reliable and accessible property data underpins the council''s asset management, compliance and capital investment programmes.Your new role As Housing Asset Data Manager, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining and developing the council''s housing asset data systems.
